About the practice
A safe space to soften, strengthen, and start again.
Hi, I’m Tasha.
I’m the founder of Om Goddess Yoga, a trauma-informed yoga and meditation practice for people who are carrying a lot—and deserve support that understands the whole picture.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped women of color, organizations, and high-stress teams find steadier ground through accessible movement, nervous-system education, and spaces where nobody has to perform wellness.
My work is rooted in a simple idea: when people have room to breathe, they can meet life with more clarity, connection, and choice.
Safety first
Every practice is invitational, adaptable, and designed to honor your lived experience.
Joy is useful
Play, pleasure, and laughter are not extras. They help us return to ourselves.
Care is collective
Individual regulation matters—and so do the cultures, teams, and systems around us.
